Mission

The Union of Employers of Republic of Srpska is an organization that voluntarily brings together employers from the private and public sectors with the aim to represent their interests, provide appropriate services, and to establish and improve business connections.

Vision

We want to be an organization whose work, practical experience and reputation of its members contribute to employment growth, sustainable business, affirmation of a favorable investment climate and development of social dialogue, with the aim, through partnership with institutions, to create a society of work and prosperity.

The Assembly of the Union of Employers of Republic of Srpska is made of presidents of employers’ associations who were founders of the Union of Employers of Republico of Srpska, and members who additionally joined, in accordance with the Statute. Current members of the Assembly are:

The Assembly is required to meet when it is necessary to determine standpoints of
the UERS important for goal realisation, and it meets at least once a year. Last, 34th session was held on 12th June 2015. in Banja Luka.
